Chapter one talks about the various products and services that can be bought on the dark web from chemical weapons to human organs. Chapter two is the most interesting chapter of the book, featuring 4 dark web marketplace. For each of the market places they include information on what they commonly sell and who runs the site. The Tabletop Gaming Club loved this book. Our favorite part was the write up on Sasquatch's Sporting Goods which we incorporated into our weekly VTM game. We strongly recommend this product to storytellers just for the write up of the four darkmarket places. PS: We really the author follows this up with a book that expands on the Dark Markets and provides more of them....

Besides desciptions of each cult, there are sections descripting how each cult recruits members along with sections that provide story ideas. The product also includes an example haunt that can be used as a base of operations for heretic characters. The Tabletop Gaming Club did incorporate each of the cults presented in their game, and found the concepts worked well for a campaign featuring non-heirachy characters. We recommend this book as a welcome addition to any Wraith storyteller's library. On a side note, there are a few minor issues that we pointed out in the comment section, but they are easily overlooked....

Manifesto: Transmissions from the Rogue Council For those playing Mage: The Ascension Revised where the Avatar Storm is still raging... this is a book that will keep the bleakness at bay. The Technocracy has supposedly won, but the Sphinx will be there to help out. I rather enjoyed this book, and recommend it to those playing with M:TA Revised metaplot. It can be slotted in for other time periods too, but it really fits well in the revised metaplot timeline, which can be visited even with M20.

Venice Unmasked

Venice Unmasked "For me, Venice Unmasked sets a pleasant bar for fan works in White Wolf properties. Even if your campaign doesn’t take your players to Venice, it has a lot of cool ideas that can be grafted onto campaigns. Furthermore, it provides a really cool example for other prospective designers. Is there a festival or something else truly unique about the city you want to base your game around? Why shouldn’t you make a special event with it? Why shouldn’t an excited and passionate GM make an event in game where rules are turned on their heads, and when conspiracies and plots boil over? If anything, I believe this is the greatest gift that Venice Unmasked offers: inspiration to go beyond and let GMs do their thing." The Monsters: A Vampire: the Masquerade 5th Edition Quickstart
by Stephen M.
Publisher: Modiphius
Date Added: 04/26/2019 08:35:26
The Monsters: A Vampire: the Masquerade 5th Edition Quickstart A fair/good quickstart wth a few issues. The V5 system is great, that is absolutly not at fault. The story is intersting, an investiagtion with some interesting characters. but at the end it starts to tell the players what to think and say. It is also a bit too long for a one-shot.
