This is a repost from and update from a review that we left in the comment section.
The first thing we commented on is that we thought the book was a little pricey for the amount of playability the book had. There were a few disciplines that didn't have appearance in any of the combination disciplines offered. Though since our original posting an update has fixed some of this issue. The biggest problem with the book is most of the disciplines are have high level of mastery required. As mentioned by Jonathan P, "Most of the Combination Disciplines use really high level of Disciplines as prerequisites (more often then not, more then one level 4+ disciplines) and/or really uncommon discipline combination." This makes the odds of a player ever aquiring them very low. Just with in the first 12 pages of the book we counted 5 combo disciplines with prerequisites that were level 6 or greater. Most vampire games, don't even let players play characters with generations that low.
Now that that was said, the book was well put together. We really did enjoy the read, and having access to some of the combo disiciplines presented for NPC characters would be of great benefit. We do believe this book is a great addition to any storyteller's library, but players would find very limited use of the book.
