Hearthbound presents a tribe built around the joined forces of the marginalized of Garou society: the crinos-breed, Kinfolk, Bitten (if using Bitten from the BNS continuity) and other outcasts. If you're looking to have a ready-to-go tribe with that level of inclusion built-in, rather than rewriting canon ones ahead of time (or exploring the change in the context of your chronicle), you'll find this a great resource. Their existence would also prompt real conflict with (and within) the Garou Nation, and the tribe has its own shortcomings (like a relative disinterest in Gaia and the Apocalypse War) so there's plenty of story fodder here.

As a supplement it's excellently crafted - evocative writing, beautiful pages, all references to canon are well-cited, etc. Ingrid Rutkowski's first work here on STV is a very professional piece.
