I love, love, LOVE this short story.

Every part of this text - the characters, the dialogue, the absolutely-absurd-but-nevertheless-entirely-on-theme-scenario, PLUS the rules-material at the end - is an absolute delight: fast-paced, dripping with flavor, and chock-full of plot-hooks, this story gleefully explores the wild-eyed mad-science side of the WoD setting with a smirk, plenty of swagger, and a clear, genuine, DEEP love of the lore.

10/10, would read again (and HAVE).
