The Softcover edition is not bad, some of Ron Spencer's Art on the tribe pages is a bit blurry.
Revised is a good start if you are a fan of the metaplot
POD quality is excellent despite being listed as a scanned book
This is a must-have for werewolf players. Some information is contained in later revised edition books, but I still find myself using it as an easy reference.
