Several kinds of Immortals ranging from blood bathers(those who require bathing in blood to keep their immortality) to Body thieves(those who steal bodies to be immortal) to Purifiers(who risk death to be truelly immortal). Also some minor ones like those who rely on machinery or body parts to be immortal promethean style, immortals who steal immortality from other immortals or just the run of the mill immortality granted by extra dimensional entities or immortals linked to places or objects.

Immortals also have their own powers and the GM can build their own immortals with rule to do it. Also immortality has a hefty price. Also the reactions of other supernatural denizens to these immortals.
