This book definitely makes Vancouver into an interesting and varied place. With plenty of local hooks. And as someone who lives in Vancouver a pretty good feel for the city itself.
Side note, check the publication date. If your planning to use this for a modern campaign a small amount of updating of the source material will be needed (Like the Evergreen line)
