A story I've been waiting ~20 years for!

An incredible piece that really shows off the Aeon setting in all it's weird glory. The main character is compelling and is a great vehicle to show off the range of what Vitakinesis can do, and shows off the power psions can muster even at long distances. The other characters are all super interesting and the setting of Le Blessure is well represented and would be a great placce to run a game.

Another fantastic entry to the Trinity Continuum fiction library.

An amazing book for an amazing game. Much as with all the previous books for Aeon, Prometheus Unbound adds a huge amount of meat on the bones of an already well fleshed out setting. The expanded information on the Psi Orders is vital for Storyguides and Players alike. The authors did a great job in giving each order a distinctive voice, exploring their distinct histories and structures while threading together the common threats and challenges they share. The new mechanics are really well done and give serveral options for expanding the use of Psi Powers while not bloating the system with a ton of Mode effects.

This is a must buy for anyone who loves Aeon.

This is a great mini suplment for fans of the Teragen faction in TC: Aberrant. For old fans it brings a lot of the nauance of the 1st edition version of the faction into the new edition seamlessly with great flavor and mechancical support. For new fans it expands on the faction by adding depth and old school details. A great all around product and a must for players and Storyguides wanting to go deeper into the Teragen and the philosophy and rules behind Teras.

Ever since I was tested for Psionic Latency at the White Wolf booth at DragonCon 1997, I've been in love with this game. I got the plastic bound core book, refused to put the 'Trinity' sticker on it, read it till the cover fell off, bought the soft-cover version and years later bought a pristine stickerless plastic bound core book again. I can turn my head 90 degrees and see all three, plus every other book from the Trinity Universe, on my bookshelf.

And now its back. It's back, and its lived up to the past and in many ways surpassed it. Sometimes wishes come true. The Trinity games were always a few steps ahead of the cultural zietgiest, and the new edition lives up to that legacy. Æon presnets a future that is both aspirational and foreboding, showing us a dream we can reach for and paths that we can hopefully veer away from (looking at you, FSA). Any Sci-Fi genre you can think of is represnted in this book, so you can build a campaign that focuses on your favorite or genre-hop to your hearts content.

The system is competely updated and really shines. First edition players won't be completely lost, but the Storypath System sings with modern game design. Having played a run a short campaign based on the Kickstarter manuscript, I can say that the system really emulates Sci-Fi action-adventure of all stripes. The Psi powers really shine, especially the rules of linking with other Psions to create some mind-bending effects.

I have my gripes, but they are mostly a result of that dread curse nostalgia. OPP has put together something special here which does honor to the unsung hero of the old White Wolf days while breaking new ground for the gamers of today.

Simply put, if you like Sci-Fi roleplaying, you need this book.

Trinity Continuum Core Rulebook

The rebirth of a legend! This book is an excellent anchor point for the Trinity Continuum series, providing an excellent core system for the even more amazing games Aeon and Aberrant (with Adventure! and more to come!)

The core system is incredibly solid. It is a bit more complex than most, so true RPG newbies will need to face a learning curve, but once mastered it is amazing at emulating Cineamatic Sci-Fi action-adventure, like the MCU and Star Wars.

The player option, Talents, are amazningly well rended. You could mistake them for normal humans, but they pack an incredibly strong punch under their decpetively mundane surface. Talents are great PCs and NPCs for all the TC settings and can be just as fun as the more overtly powered Novas and Psions.

If the book has a weak point, it's the setting. It isn't bad, but it's sparse. It presents the world basically as it is today, taking a breath between the pulp weirdness of Adventure! and the Superpowered epic of Aberrant. The factions are interesting, well detailed and provide great insight into how the world along in between the big Eras, but there simply just isn't a lot of meat on those bones. A big setting supplement would be great to flesh out whats here, but as it stands it is a great sandbox for modern-era action-adventure roleplay.
