Its just really a re-lore write-up (such as breaking up the Quincux for whatever reason) of Kindred of the East, with it also just explaining concepts already described in the base Kindred of the East books. Its not a bad product at all; it can definitely be useful for a quick reference for particular factions or the particular perceptions of the Hungry Ghosts, but its very short. The parts that are also fanon aren't really useful for reference and generally take up space. Beware that this book isn't really any attempt at a "20th"-like compendium; so don't expect any useful mechanic charts, deliberances, and slight revisements in here.
