As has been mentioned in the discussion tab, as well as in the reviews. This book does more than deliver on what was promised in the description. The book is a setting for the fictional city of Silver Springs, a place inhabited by many different types of monsters and their schemes, as well as a truckload of mortal NPCs who interact with the supernatural or are just trying to get by in the city. The books follows the CoD templates and uses CoD stat blocks when describing the NPCs, and even uses the proper color schemes when it switches from on supernatural to the next. This is an absolutely excellent resource if you are looking for a setting book.
