I've been looking for something like this for years. The biggest barrier I've found to running Exalted 3e has been that while the QCs in the back of the main book are great, more are needed. I can design them myselves, but it takes a lot of time I don't always have, since I find that Exalted PCs tend to require interesting and creative adversaries in order to produce fun challenges.
This book is a brilliant example of what I was looking for. The adversaries are really interesting, but more importantly, they're modular: they can easily be mixed and matched with different styles, combined with each other in interesting ways, and tips are even given for how to do so at the back. This is like teaching someone to fish instead of giving them a fish - I think that I'll save hours and hours and hours of time in the long run using this book. It may be short, but it is totally worth it, and will make me a better Storyteller.
