Caerns: Places of Power

Caerns are a central feature of many (or most) Werewolf games. They're the lifeblood of gaia and the hub around which werewolf culture revolves. Septs most often form around larger caerns, using them as a home base and defending them with their very lives. When garou gather to plan a raid, they often do so at their caern. When they plan to throw a wild party to honor the spirits or just forget the pain of their struggle, they head to the caern.

However, the rules in the core rule book for Werewolf 5th edition can leave some wolves chomping for more options. This title aims to provide some simple options to give your caerns, and their resident guardian spirits, more interesting for players. It includes:

• Variants for how to use and acquire caern traits
• A selection of new caern traits
• guidelines on building a caern's Guardian Spirit
• A selection of pre-built Guardian Spirits and plot hooks to drop in to your game
