V5 Technomancy

This product details the Technomancy Discipline for V5, which applies the principles of Blood Sorcery to modern inventions. Like Blood Sorcery, this Discipline has both powers and rituals. The rules given here are new creations, not adaptations from previous editions.

Technomancy Powers

• Level One
  • Data Bleed. Make recently-recorded data literally bleed out of a device, concealing what needs to be concealed.
  • Conductive Vitae. Your vitae becomes electrically conductive, allowing you to channel an electric current for many purposes.
  • Wave Sense. Gain the ability to sense EM radiation without the aid of equipment.
• Level Two
  • Spectrum Pulse. Obliterate all signals in the area with your own restarted heartbeat.
  • Sanguine Shell. Issue commands to technological devices by touching your vitae to them.
• Level Three
  • Byte of Blood. Store data in a portion of your vitae for safekeeping or transfer to another device.
  • Rerouting the Silicon Veins. Overwrite or delete data recorded on a device by sending your own blood vessels snaking into it.
• Level Four
  • Read the Waves. Decipher data being transmitted via EM radiation just by looking at the radiation itself.
  • Encoding of Marrow. Store data imbued into vitae in your bones or those of another.
• Level Five
  • Charge and Discharge. Become immune to damage from electricity, learn to store a charge in your own body long-term, and release a powerful electric shock at a distance.
    
  • Bleeding Avatar. Project your consciousness into a technological device and its network as an avatar covered in blood.

Technomancy Rituals

• Level One
  • Red Admin. Blood bond your cell phone or computer.
  • Remote Access. Key one of a device's functions to your blood so that you can control it at a distance.
• Level Two
  • Bloodwall. Protect your device against unwanted access and devices that do succeed in accessing it start bleeding as a failsafe.
  • Decrypt. Remove supernatural protections from a device and make mundane attempts to gain access to it easier.
• Level Three
  • Red Sight Filter. Hide elements of data and programs on a device with the power of Obfuscation.
  • Sanguinary Synchronicity. Attune two similar devices so that any supernatural powers used on one are also used on the other.
  • Lurking Daemon. Embed a device with vitae containing undetectable contingent code.
• Level Four
  • Viral Vitae. Infect a device with a virus that spreads to other devices with a physical connection and reduces them all to melted silicon and blood.
  • Bloody Emulation. Turn a rock into a temporary cell phone of blood, or any other device you might need in a pinch.
• Level Five
  • Awakening the Silicon Soul. Create an artificial intelligence chip and grant it sentience and a never-ending thirst for blood.
  • Fusing Voltage and Vein. Make devices a part of your body, as natural to use as your hands.
