The horror doesn’t stop just because you’re dead, my friend.
You could say it’s only just begun.

Hell, I’ve been living inside your head for enough years to know your every tick,
your every tension, your every failing and foible. It seems perverse that I had to wait
until you were dead to act on each of them. At least now I can poke and prod you
to my heart’s content, reforging you into the soul you were always meant to be.

And get this: If I fail, the whole Underworld — through storm, Spectre,
and smith’s hammer — is going to rip you apart.

You’ll pray for Oblivion once we’re done with you.

The Book of Oblivion Includes:

  • New Shadow Archetypes, Thorns, and an array of horrifying new antagonists.
  • Chapters devoted to Spectres, their terrible cults, and the rare process of Spectre redemption.
  • Deep explorations of the Tempest; the Labyrinth; the Dark Kingdoms of Flint, Gold, Ivory, Obsidian, and Swar; the Mirrorlands; and several other bizarre and fascinating Necropoli.

The abandoned lover, waiting for her paramour to return, only to die, alone. Now she waits in her house forever.

The murdered family, killed in a spree so violent their spirits couldn’t pass on to the hereafter, now wreaking an untampered revenge on anyone they find.

The serial killer, who never made his tally complete in life, now determined to possess the bodies of the living to continue his gruesome campaign.

These ghosts, and more, haunt our world. They watch us, they torment us, they play with us, they find themselves locked in Sisyphean cycles, where the only respite comes through the haunting of the living.

It is our role to hunt these spirits down. Some believe we’re laying them to a deserved rest. Others hunt for the renown and to put down the homicidal dead. Others believe they’re doing God’s work, or with every hunt, their knowledge of the paranormal world increases.

We are ghost hunters, and regardless of our motives, it is our task to ensure the dead may no longer torture the living.

It's a good book and all but it feels a touch haphazard. It seems comprised of elements that should have been in the corebook, but there's not enough of them for it to feel like a proper supplement in its own right, everything could and shoul [...]

The chapter on the Tempest feels like it was written by someone who has never actually read Wraith or understands how things like the seperation between the living and dead work. For example, flooding in the real world shouldn't completely flood the Un [...]

IMHO there is something fundamentally wrong about the way this books are being edited. Sometimes they are too big, trying to cover everything like there is no tomorrow. Other times, they follow an avenue to great depths, but feel like they aren't looki [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
