A first out of two releases of Discipline cards for V5:

  • In this first pack: Dominate, Fortitude, Obfuscate, Oblivion, Potence, Presence & Protean.
  • Card sizes are 79x120mm; slightly wider than the Tarot format - sleeves made for the 'Dixit' format would be suitable. 
  • ZIP files that contain PDF files in A4 pages for printing, as well as PNG image files of every individual power - perfect for digital use.

I love these cards. I used them for the first time for an Introductory scenario for V5 and the players really enjoyed them. It makes the discipline powers easy to access. Have purchased both sets! Thank you!

Have you ever considered making any for the Resonances?

Thank you very much, Kimberly! I will release a new pack this Summer if everything goes according to plan, with the new Players Guide powers in them as well.

As for Resonances, I actually already made a small pack for that, which you can access via my Google Drive at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1F89kqXDH-Fc8gXnY8Cp4B_OqhZkDj5wp?usp=sharing, and then the folder "Resonance Cards". They are totally free for everyone to use ^^

Hi Thea, this is a beautiful set of discipline rules. Could I ask for an updated version, with powers from the brand-new Player's Guide and the Second Inquisition book? It would be great. Or you'd prefer to wait for Blood Sigils?

I am slowly but surely working on incorporating the new powers from the Players Guide into a set of updated Discipline Cards, so they will come! I was not aware the Second Inquisition book had any new Discipline powers though?

Yes, there were four Thinblood Alchemy powers for SI Turncoats introduced in Second inquisition.
will you update the cards you have already shared, or you'd rather release them as an expansion along with the errata for some powers?

And will there be alternate bane cards, too?

I think I would rather make a new, combined pack with everything added instead of maintaining two packs, including the errata.

The alternate banes are already in my Clan Cards pack, actually! I updated that one with new files not too long ago.

I'm afraid I can't give any definitive date, since this is just a passion project of mine I do in my free time, but I aim to release the new, updated pack early to mid Summer of this year if everything goes according to plan. A good chunk is already done!

Would also like you to collaborate with known good releases such as the V5 Players Guide that has a lot of easy to use Disciplines I would love on cards

I would love to collaborate if people wish to do so with me - though I suspect many creators want to keep their unique Disciplines tied to their own creations. Never say never, though! I will finish the core, official ones, then look into other ones once I have time to dedicate to that.

These look really great and are very useful. Is there a date already when the other disciplines will be available? I would really like to print them professionally and use them in my chronicle, but that only makes sense if I have all disciplines available. I would be really interested if there are already plans for the other disciplines. (Also a collaboration with the makers of "The Black Hand: Playing the Sabbat" would be great in order to make those disciplines available.)

EDIT: Oh, and of course I would pay for a complete set. These are very, very well done.

There is no date as of yet, but I can assure you I am working on them when I have time! This is a solo project that I'm spending my free time on, so unfortunately things take time. Especially with the massive catalogue of Blood Sorcery Rituals that have been put out, haha! I can tell you that I have finished Animalism, Auspex and Celerity though, and will dedicate some time this weekend to get a good chunk done.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
